You also need to connect line out of RX-320 with line-in on your computer and configure your mixer to accept line-in as source.  To do so double-click Volume Control on the Taskbar.  Select Options/Properties on the main menu and click Recording button.  Make sure that in the Line section the Select switch is on and the Volume dial is somewhere near the middle of the slide.

To verify the configuration turn on Oscilloscope mode on the RX-320 Toolbar and select Audio mode .  Make sure that Radio is tuned to the station and  move the Line slide up until the waveforms will have reasonable amplitude.
